lunch to go

After years of using my phone as my primary camera, I recently picked up an actual camera, camera. I snagged a really good deal on a Nikon Coolpix B600 with 60X zoom. I stopped off at a small park on the way home, it’s got a view of Mount Rainier and I wanted to test out the zoom. As I was looking towards the mountain, I caught a glimpse of a large bird sweeping by out of the corner of my eye, and someone nearby said something like “look”, so I did. And I’m glad I did, as I got these great shot. I only wish I had zoomed out a bit so I would have gotten a full shot of the red tailed hawk as it took off again.
